House Rules:
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
***Please NO SMOKING ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
*** NO PARTIES or Large gatherings ($500 fee and immediate cancellation)
*** We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets with a weight limit of 30lbs or under. PRIOR PERMISSION MUST BE GIVEN. (A pet agreement will be shared and must be signed prior to reservation being approved.) Certain breeds are not permitted.
An addition pet fee will be added of $200 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet.
*** NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation to avoid cancellation) ($25 fee/extra guest/day)
*** EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST
*** SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUESTED 5-7 DAYS BEFORE STAY (OR UPON BOOKING IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING) RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF ALL RULES ARE FOLLOWED AND NO DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.
*** NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment)
*** To help with worry-free stay; you will need to verify with SUPERHOG or other verification company of host's choice and a signed rental agreement. It is due before booking. A request will be made for your email address. The rental agreement will be emailed to you for digital signature.
***The main guest must upload their driver's license or government issued ID. The Name of the ID must match the credit card being used. Security hold of $500 will be processed by the Host of the Guest's credit card. Minimum age to rent 25.

Payment Policy
100% of booking fees are required at time of booking if booked less than 7 days prior to stay. If reservation is made 30 days or more from check-in date may 50% up front and the rest paid

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Long-term Stay:Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
